Payment:
Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. If payment has not been made within this time, your purchase will be considered cancelled.
Payment methods accepted are bank deposit for New Zealand customers and credit cards via paypal.
Once payment has been received your item will be shipped within 24 hours. If for any reason shipment cannot take place within that time you will be notified.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped by New Zealand Post via ParcelPost.
Items can be sent via courier upon request. Please contact us if you require a different shipping option to those available.
Returns/Exchanges:
At Kate M we aim to provide a top quality product and your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return the product to us within 14 days. Provided the item is in original unused condition, you will receive a full refund for the merchandise only, as unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Sales items cannot be returned.
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and notify us of any damage within 2 days.
Gift Wrapping:
Gift wrapping and a small card can be included free of charge.
If you wish your purchase to be gift wrapped, please leave a note during the check out process. The purchase will be wrapped in tissue with corresponding ribbon.
